Why are flowers a good choice for Her? Flowers are generally very pretty and festive. It’s nice to receive for any special occasion and birthdays are not an exception. These are a good birthday gift for ladies because it’s colorful and can lift spirits immediately. There are also a variety of flower types to choose from. Flowers with a good scent are a plus. If you know what flowers the Birthday One likes, then you can get those for their birthday. If you would like, you can also add a vase for the flowers, or get a ribbon to tie the flowers up. You may want to cut the stems to get it nicely even before giving.

However, not everyone likes flowers as some may think it doesn’t last long. You may have to access whether the Birthday One wants to get flowers for their birthday gift or not.

Where can you get flowers? There are flower departments at groceries stores and at Walmarts. Targets also have some flower displays. Whole Foods also have more of the natural flowers if you want to go that route. Check out local florists around town to see if they have something they can make specially for you. You can also check to see whether home improvement stores have flowers you can find – like Home Depot and Lowes. I recently discovered garden nurseries, and I love the variety and affordable flowers that are available.

If you are on a budget,  there are many flowers that are $5 or less at the garden nurseries. Sometimes there are specials at the grocery stores as well. You may also consider fake flowers at craft stores like Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Just wrap it up nicely!
